your time commitments and help you fit your dream home into your budget.
The cost of your home depends on the type of design, specifications
and floor plan that you choose.
- The second meeting with the builder
is to present and review plans of interest. Your decisions will be incorporated
into the building process, while our courteous staff offers you guidance
along the way.
- Finalize your layout. Review all
documentation.
- Sign "Agreement of Sale" and
prepare to begin construction.The focus over the next few months
will be on the construction of your new home. We will remain in contact
